Because we come to places and moments in life that no longer seem to create joy, happiness, and a sense of balance, we feel stuck and lose our passion for life.
Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) is a unique combination of psychedelic substances and psychotherapy administered in a professional and therapeutic monitored environment, which creates rapid and long-lasting psychological and behavioral change in individuals experiencing pervasive disorders, such as PTSD. Designated by the United States government as a potential “breakthrough therapy” for PTSD and treatment-resistant depression, PAP involves psychotherapy individually tailored to an individual’s experience upon receiving a plant-derived medicine or pharmaceutical-grade psychedelic drug in a safe medical and therapeutic approach.
Individual therapy, also referred to as psychotherapy, counseling or talk therapy, involves a collaborative process between a therapist and a client. Common goals of therapy can be to encourage change or improve the client’s well-being and quality of life. When an individual seeks therapy, he/she/they are asking for help with issues difficult to resolve and which potentially effect daily functioning.
Child and adolescent therapy involves a specialty in professional psychotherapy that serves to apply scientific knowledge when providing psychological services to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents within their social, emotional, and behavioral context.
The specialty of clinical child and adolescent therapy includes a strong understanding of the psychological needs of children and adolescents, as well as the manner in which the family system (and other social contexts) influence the child/adolescent developmental processes and psychopathology, socio-emotional adjustment, mental and behavioral disorders, behavioral adaptation, as well as health status of children and adolescents.
Young adult issues, which may arise in individuals in their late teens and early twenties, may consist of difficulties with peers, sexual or developmental concerns, academic or career challenges, family system differences, etc. The United States Department of Health and Human Services defines the young adult stage as the time between 18 and 24 years of age.
During this stage of life, rapid changes can occur during this the individual’s life, which may be confusing and overwhelming. Young individuals may find the services of a counselor, therapist, or other qualified mental health professional to be helpful and beneficial during the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
LGBTQIA2S+ therapy, also known as LGBTQIA+-affirming care or LGBT-affirmative therapy, is a type of psychotherapy that recognizes and validates the experiences of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. It provides a safe and accepting environment for discussing mental health concerns and developing healthy coping skills. LGBTQIA2S+ therapy further focuses on the intersection of the individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity, and mental/emotional well-being.
Family systems therapy, (referred to as the Bowen Family Systems theory of human behavior), involves an approach in psychotherapy focusing on family dynamics, relationships, and patterns within the family system. It encompasses the concept that families are emotional units of interdependent individuals affecting and influencing each other, with the dynamic that what happens to one family member affects all family members.
Involves a no-touch, energy-based, complementary modality using the life force/prana of each individual. Each human being possesses the innate ability to heal the mental, emotional, and physical body. Through meditation, spiritual teaching, and a holistic approach, Pranic Healing provides peace and transcendence from everyday stressors.

Guided by trained professionals, psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy offers comfort and relief, helping patients navigate the final stage of life with dignity and tranquility.
Neuro-Diversity Therapy is a therapeutic approach designed to support individuals with neurodivergent conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
